This is a 3- 6 hour process broken down over a few meetings. You will be guided through the is the process of Advance Care Planning; learning about medical care and residency options; deciding who would be the best Power of Attorney for you; and documenting your wishes and health preferences to share with others and accompany your Power of Attorney for Personal Care documents. Fees: $250.00* per person *fees may vary depending on the complexity of the instructions.
